Do you offer same-day or emergency appointments?
Yes, Fresh Dental NC offers same-day and emergency dental appointments to provide prompt care when you need it most. Whether you have a sudden toothache, a broken or chipped tooth, or other urgent dental issues, you can get timely evaluation and treatment to prevent further complications.
How do I book my first appointment?
To book your first dental appointment at Fresh Dental NC, you can follow these steps:
- Visit the Fresh Dental website and go to the “Your First Visit” or “Contact Dentist” page.
- Fill out the appointment request form with your name, email, phone number, location, insurance status, and preferred date and time.
- You can also call the office directly at the location nearest you to schedule your appointment.
- For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early with your driver’s license and insurance card to complete registration forms.
- If you prefer, you can complete patient registration and medical history forms online before your appointment to save time.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We are a preferred provider and PPO for several major insurance companies, including BlueCross BlueShield, Humana, Principal, United Concordia, United Healthcare, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Aetna, MetLife, Dentemax, and more!
Do you accept patients without insurance?
Since insurance and coverage may vary, your best bet would be to speak with one of our specialists!
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
We are pleased to offer options for patient financing with CareCredit. Also, a Dental Savings Plan is available, an Affordable Smiles Club Membership!

- Oral Sedation: A prescribed medication taken before the appointment to induce drowsiness and deep relaxation. You remain awake but may have little memory of the procedure. Someone will need to drive you home. Good for significant anxiety or more complex treatments.
- IV Sedation: Administered intravenously for precise sedation control, often used for surgical or impacted extractions. Patients enter a deeply relaxed twilight state with vital signs monitored for safety.
